Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Credentials & Experience)
Schedule: Full Time Monday–Friday
Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $500 paid after 45 days of employment

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–36 months, supporting their development through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences. This role requires strong classroom management, consistency, and teamwork to maintain a safe and positive environment for children and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Maintain active supervision and ratio compliance at all times
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Implement our L.E.A.P curriculum and daily routines consistently
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Support a positive, respectful team culture
- Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience working with toddlers (12–36 months required)
- Colorado Shines (PDIS Credential 3.0: Level 2 or higher
- CPR/1st Aid Qualified
- EQIT Preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- CDA, or Early Childhood coursework
- Strong understanding of licensing/health & safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
Requirements:
- Background check clearance (required)
- CPR/First Aid (current or completed upon hire)
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
