What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines) and commercial cooking equipment (combi ovens, steamers, grills).
  
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable and safe.
  
• Communicate clearly with customers and document work accurately.
  
• Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and teammates for efficient solutions.
  
• Represent Coastline with professionalism and pride.
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in both refrigeration and cooking equipment service.
  
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  
• Desire to grow, learn, and eventually take on leadership.
  

Compensation & Benefits

We pay hourly, with overtime opportunities. Pay is directly tied to performance, with productive combo-technicians earning $34+ per hour and working up to 10 overtime hours per week.

We also value Personal & Family Time. If you’re seeking 20+ hours of overtime every week, Coastline may not be the right fit. Our regular operating hours are 7:00am – 5:00pm, and many days you’ll be done by 4:00pm. We want you home for dinner every day.
