Summary:
The Lead Product Manager, will be leading software product strategy, and overseeing execution, specifically related to projects around home grown Enterprise AI Tools and 3^rd party vendor software – we like to take hybrid strategies of buying software, and customizing heavily from there, so candidates that have experience driving packaged software iteration would be a big plus. AI is relatively new for us, so you'll be in on the ground floor and have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

While AI experience is a nice to have, the core of what we're looking for who can lead full life cycle product management, including tracking post-launch metrics, and iterating to optimize based on production data. You'll be driving a culture shift of more structured backlog management, grooming, Jira, optimizing Agile sprint processes, etc. as we're looking to transform the AI team to a proper tech organization inside of a larger professional services firm. What you'll be doing

• Contribute to and help execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered practice solutions in alignment with the group and department goals.
• Maintain, communicate and provide feedback on the roadmap for assigned products, balancing near-term customer needs with established long-term team and department vision.
• Maintain working knowledge of AI/ML technologies as well as product delivery processes and practices to inform product decisions and foster innovation.
• Monitor customer feedback and AI trends to inform backlog priorities and suggest incremental improvements.
• Support key lifecycle activities for AI products, including requirements definition, delivery readiness and execution as well as product iteration.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market research, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI projects.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their AI workloads, pain points, and future requirements.
• Help track and report on agreed KPIs and success metrics; support stakeholder reviews of outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on AI solutions.
• Ensure that AI-driven products address real-world problems and provide measurable value.
• Develop creative solutions and make improvements to processes, programs, and policies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of AI-driven products.
• Follow and reinforce responsible AI development practices to ensure ethical, transparent, and fair usage of AI technologies.

Skills we're seeking

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in an IT related field
• 5+ years of experience with Software Product Management
• Must have strong Agile experience, leading scrum teams
• Must have strong experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning, relentless prioritization

Preferred:

• Experience driving packaged/3^rd party software optimization
• AI experience
• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience working in a professional services environment
• Experience working at SaaS / technology companies (we're trying to build a proper tech org inside of a professional services organization)
