    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with key engineers at client offices in Austin, Texas to ensure seamless hardware operations

    • Coordinate and support electrical and mechanical engineering teams across multiple field locations

    • Conduct frequent travel throughout the US (approx. 50%) to maintain and troubleshoot deployed hardware systems

    • Analyze and interpret complex technical documentation including electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

    • Execute comprehensive hardware maintenance activities to ensure optimal device performance

    • Provide technical expertise and field support to resolve electrical and mechanical hardware issues

    Requirements

    • Fluent English communication skills for effective collaboration with native speakers

    • Strong hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical hardware systems

    • Valid drivers license with willingness to travel frequently (approx. 50%) across the United States

    • Proven ability to read and analyze technical documentation and electrical schematics

    • US work authorization and ability to travel via air in the US as required

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
