A busy, fast-paced Italian restaurant is seeking a Lead Line cooking in all aspects of the line, building a strong team. Must have experience in Italian Cuisine. Looking for someone who is not afraid of hard work and is looking for advancement within our organization. Must be organized, able to lead and passionate about cooking.

- Well Versed in pasta, and Italian Proteins.
- Must be a team player.
- Must take pride in the work.
- Must be experienced in Italian Dining and cross-trained with pasta, sautee, pantry and fryer.
