The Department of Critical Care Medicine is seeking a Lead Laboratory Manager to provide leadership and management of the CRISMA Clinical Research and Biospecimen Core Laboratory. Responsibilities include: Serve as the department''s compliance and safety officer; Direct lab components of project design, determine applicable experimental processes, and develop SOPs; Prioritize and direct resource requirements across multiple projects in accordance with applicable SOPs, guidelines, and regulations;

Drive interactions with cross-functional teams, clearly communicate scope of work, timing, and budget requirements to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications to include Proven track record of managing teams and implementing / managing multifaceted projects; Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills; Previous lab management experience required; Experience in both animal and human subjects research preferred but not required.
