Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer / Senior Java Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Experience: 8+ years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java stack and microservices architecture.

Job Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs
- Develop modern and responsive UI components using React.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs and scalable backend services
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Design Patterns
- Experience with React.js for building modern, responsive user interfaces
- Familiarity with Vert.x and Reactive Programming frameworks
- Experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (Cassandra)
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies and cloud-native application development
- Strong knowledge of SCM, CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment tools
- Experience with code quality, security scanning, unit testing, and automation tools
- Good understanding of TDD, BDD, and development best practices
- Proficiency in modern programming languages with a focus on clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Experience in code reviews, refactoring, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
