Required Skills
8+ years of SAP HR Benefits & Payroll functional experience
8+ years of SAP Benefits (ECC 6.0), including 5+ years on SAP ECC 6.0
3+ years of Public Sector SAP Benefits/Payroll experience
Strong SAP Payroll Configuration expertise
Experience with Payroll Rules, Schemas, Functions, and Wage Type Configuration
Integration between SAP Payroll and SAP Finance
Business requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
SAP Payroll testing and defect resolution
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge transfer skills
Responsibilities
Lead SAP Benefits & Payroll functional configuration and support activities.
Configure payroll rules, schemas, functions, and wage types.
Gather and document complex business requirements.
Design and implement SAP Benefits and Payroll enhancements.
Support SAP Payroll–Finance integrations.
Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
Create and maintain benefits/payroll reports and automate benefit processes.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
