    Leads and guides adminsitrative support staff. Coordinates diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department.

    Job Responsibility

    • Leads and guides administrative support staff. Coordinates diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Greeting and directing visitors; Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages; Scheduling appointments/meetings; Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing; Taking meeting minutes; Collecting payments; Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office;

    Job Qualification

    • Associates Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience, required.
    • Experience working in a busy medical office or a hospital setting, highly preferred

    Regular working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. Flexibility to work other shifts including 6:30am-3:00pm, 8:30am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:30pm on an as-needed basis for coverage purposes.
