Complete your first 90 days, maintain strong attendance, successfully complete your onboarding and training, and earn a $1,000 hiring bonus.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential irrigation systems throughout the Sioux Falls area.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing sprinkler and irrigation system problems
• Repairing valves, heads, piping, wiring, and controllers
• Programming irrigation controllers
• Performing spring start-ups and fall winterizations
• Identifying opportunities for system improvements and water conservation
• Clearly explaining repairs and recommendations to homeowners
• Documenting work using our mobile software
• Maintaining an organized service vehicle
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting with holiday lighting and snow operations during the off-season

We're looking for professionals who take ownership of their work.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Able to work independently
• Reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Able to lift 50+ pounds

• Two or more years of irrigation or sprinkler repair experience
• Experience troubleshooting residential irrigation systems
• Controller programming experience
• Backflow knowledge
• Experience operating trenching equipment or compact equipment
