LOCATION: Portland, OR
SALARY: $85k-$115k/yr. DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-time, on-site | Occasional flexibility as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring logistics in partnership with leadership
Staff Support: Provide day-to-day support to administrative staff, assisting with workload coordination and training support
Workflow Coordination: Assist in balancing assignments and coverage across the team during periods of high volume or absences
HR & Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of seasonal hires, maintain personnel files, and support employee records
Benefits Support: Assist with benefits administration, employee questions, and annual renewals
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of HR, recruiting, law firm administrative experience (law firm strongly preferred, not required)
3+ years of staff support or supervisory/lead experience
Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Prior Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience strongly preferred
HR education or certifications a plus, but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer, as well as occasional standing, walking, and light lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds. Must have sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate standard office equipment, review documents, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
