Direct Counsel is seeking experienced attorneys interested in joining a premier international law firm's Denver office. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sophisticated legal matters within your area of practice
• Manage substantive client work and day-to-day matter responsibilities
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis
• Participate in client development and relationship-building efforts
• Work directly with clients on significant domestic and international matters

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Current law firm experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
• Strong client service orientation
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within team environments
• Active bar admission or eligibility to practice in the applicable jurisdiction

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $225,000 – $435,000
• Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other operational considerations
