Responsibilites

- Perform repair and maintenance on rental properties incl drip irrigation, sprinkler landscape
- General landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas in good condition
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, chainsaws, and skilsaws chopsaws safely and efficiently
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper covergaes and watering schedules
- Manage pest control through proper pesticide application
- Use power tools, drills, grinders, chop saws, handheld saws as assigned
