Job Overview:
Our Land Use & Environmental group handles sophisticated, large-scale development matters involving high-profile public and private projects throughout California. Qualified candidates must have extensive land use and CEQA experience, including advising clients on complex land use entitlements, regulatory permitting, and environmental review processes. Land use litigation experience is required.
- Substantial knowledge of CEQA, planning and zoning laws, and California land use processes.
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- An established, portable practice is required.
