Labor & Employment Attorney: Defend Employers with Hybrid Flexibility in Pittsburgh

Our client, a well-regarded firm with a strong Pittsburgh employment group, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The practice represents employers in employment litigation and advises them on day-to-day workplace issues throughout Western Pennsylvania.

This is a hybrid role based in downtown Pittsburgh, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work.

What You'll Do

• Defend employers in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage-and-hour claims
• Represent clients in state and federal court and before the EEOC and PHRC
• Draft pleadings, motions, position statements, discovery, and briefs
• Counsel employers on FMLA, ADA, and Title VII compliance, handbooks, and separation agreements
• Conduct workplace investigations and deliver management training

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment experience
• Management-side experience preferred
• Strong research, writing, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team
