Labor & Employment Attorney: Counseling and Defense with Hybrid Flexibility in King of Prussia

Our client, a suburban Philadelphia firm with an active employment practice, is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The group represents employers in workplace counseling, administrative charges, and employment litigation across the Pennsylvania suburbs.

This is a hybrid role in King of Prussia. You will split your week between the office and home while working closely with partners and clients.

What You'll Do

• Counsel employers on hiring, performance, investigations, and separations
• Defend EEOC, PHRC, and employment litigation matters
• Draft handbooks, policies, and employment agreements
• Handle depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Deliver practical, business-minded advice under deadlines

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment experience
• Strong counseling and writing skills
• Ability to manage counseling and litigation matters together
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
