Labor and Employment Counsel

A premier law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes class and PAGA litigation matters while advising clients on complex federal and state employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Defend class and representative actions, including PAGA litigation
️ Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests
️ Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions
️ Provide employment counseling on state and federal regulations
️ Trial experience is a plus but not required

What You Bring:

Juris Doctorate (JD) required
Active NY Bar license
Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
Experience in employment law and complex litigation

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $225,000 - $300,000
