L2/3 Network Engineer (Data Network)

We are looking for an experienced L3 Network Engineer to support and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and be capable of troubleshooting complex network issues, leading infrastructure changes, and ensuring high network availability .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN and data center networks.
• Configure and support Cisco routing and switching infrastructure.
• Deploy and maintain SD-WAN solutions.
• Administer Cisco Client for AAA, 802.1X, TACACS+, RADIUS, and network access control.
• Support Aruba wireless infrastructure, including AP deployment and Aruba Central.
• Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and network performance optimization.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex network issues .

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Cisco routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, HSRP, ACLs).
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience managing Cisco Client and Aruba wireless environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Knowledge of SolarWinds for network monitoring and alerting.
• Exposure to network automation (Python/Ansible) or cloud networking is a plus .

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in large enterprise or data center environments is highly desirable.
