Pay Range: $45 - $48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitor and support CA API Gateway, SiteMinder, and Auth0 environments to ensure high availability and secure authentication services.

•Perform initial troubleshooting and incident resolution for authentication, SSO, MFA, and API access-related issues.

•Analyze logs and alerts using Splunk and monitoring tools to identify and resolve production issues.

•Support OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT authentication flows and integrations.

•Handle user access, policy validation, certificate renewals, and configuration checks across IAM platforms.

•Coordinate with L3/Engineering teams for complex issues and perform incident tracking, escalation, and RCA documentation.

•Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational procedures while providing 24x7 production support.
