What You’ll Do as a Dynamic Kitchen Manager

• Lead kitchen operations by setting the pace and protecting quality standards
• Ensure every plate leaving the pass meets our delicious, high-quality expectations
• Oversee food safety and sanitation without exception
• Coach and train cooks to improve speed and precision
• Manage schedules to maintain smooth kitchen flow and productivity
• Contribute operational and culinary insights to menu execution
