About the Role:

• Lead all culinary operations and execution, ensuring quality and consistency across every service
• Develop and execute a Mediterranean-inspired menu designed for high-volume rooftop service
• Build and mentor the back-of-house team through recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing development
• Establish kitchen standards, recipes, standard operating procedures, prep systems, and service protocols
• Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen resources efficiently
• Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For:

You have proven kitchen management experience, a strong background in Mediterranean or similar cuisines, and a genuine passion for developing people. You're organized, detail-oriented, and energized by leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
