Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar NADC Burger is looking for the next Kitchen Manager to provide support to our Austin based team.
Management functions include purchasing, inventory control, food, and kitchen labor control, all culinary functions having worked line, prep cooking, recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety. This position is responsible for submitting weekly invoices, and payroll hours bi-weekly. Work with a marketing team for off-site events and assist with training and development of staff.
