The Kitchen Manager needs the following experience and qualities:
3-5 years of BOH Management Experience
Management experience must be in a full service restaurant or bar
Experience running operations that are at least 3 million per year
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc)
Ensures every guest has the complete Louie experience
Creates a fun and rewarding atmosphere for all employees
Dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry
