Position Overview
Are you a natural communicator looking to jumpstart your career in sales? We are seeking a Junior Sales & Estimating Representative who is eager to learn, highly relational, and organized. In this entry-level role, you will be the face and voice of our company, managing incoming customer inquiries and building relationships. You will use HubSpot to track your pipeline and learn how to generate quick, efficient project estimates using our internal quoting tools and formulas.

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building & Customer Support: Answer inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain strong, friendly relationships with our clients via phone and email.
- Efficient Quoting & Estimating: Learn to quickly review customer requests and use our internal pricing spreadsheets and software to generate fast, accurate project cost estimates for clients.
- HubSpot Pipeline Management:(Required) Serve as our HubSpot champion. Keep the sales pipeline organized by logging all communications, moving deals through pipeline stages, and setting reminders for follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly with management and the shop team to learn how parts are made, helping you provide better, faster service to our customers over time.
- Proactive Follow-ups: Stay on top of open quotes to check in with clients, handle questions, and help close the deal.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Outstanding People Skills: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, possess strong active listening skills, and have a positive, helpful attitude.
- HubSpot Experience: Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (tracking deals, tasks, and contacts) is required.
- Detail-Oriented & Good with Numbers: You will be handling measurements, quantities, and pricing, so strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for efficient quoting.
- Eagerness to Learn: No prior metal fabrication experience? No problem. You must be coachable and enthusiastic about learning basic manufacturing processes on the job.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus). 1–2 years of customer service, retail, or general sales experience is preferred.
