Junior Proposal Coordinator - Tampa, FL Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC is currently seeking a motivated professional to join our Marketing Department in Tampa / Gulf Region as a Junior Proposal Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator responsible for preparing responses to Requests for Qualifications/Proposals. This individual must be detail oriented and able to lead pursuit teams in the development of responses with little supervision while ensuring accuracy, readability and overall quality. Position Summary Position will be responsible for assisting with the documentation associated with the development of Letters of Responses (LORs) to FDOT Divisions for CEI work. Additional responsibilities will include assisting / leading the preparation of Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Florida Aviation and Florida municipality solicitations. This individual must be detail oriented and able to lead pursuit teams with little supervision while ensuring accuracy, readability, and overall quality. Position Responsibilities

Physical Demands Must be able to work in a sedentary position for up to ten hours per day. Expected Hours of Work This position is a full-time position. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one unpaid hour for lunch each day. Flexible schedules may be available with prior approval from an immediate supervisor.
