    Brookwood Management Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC, is seeking a Junior Property Manager to manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Class A & B suburban office properties in Fort Washington, Horsham, Bensalem and Lehigh County PA. Based in Fort Washington/Horsham, PA, this position provides an excellent opportunity for career development and potential advancement to a Property Manager role with a commercial real estate investment firm.

    Position Responsibilities

    The Junior Property Managerwill be responsible for:

    • Assisting the Property Manager with reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on the financial and operational performance of the properties and participating in meetings with senior management regarding the same;
    • Assist Property Manager with budget preparation and CAM reconciliations;
    • Complete monthly accruals, reclasses and variance reports;
    • Assisting the Property Manager with training, mentoring and directing activities of site personnel and evaluating their performance;
    • Assist with office tours, move-ins and move-outs;

    Qualifications

    The position requires an AA or BA degree and a minimum of one year experience as a property manager. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, an ability to pay close attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and a working knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a multi-tenant office building. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and real estate accounting software such as Yardi, MRI, or similar accounting software is required. Familiarity with Kardin, and Angus are a plus.
