Description

• Coordinate and manage construction projects in the life sciences and MEP fields.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the procurement process for materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Junior Project Manager - Life Science & MEP should have:

• Experience with construction projects, specifically in life sciences or MEP sectors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Offer

• Open to APMS: $75,000 - $105,000
• Open to PMS: $100,000 - $155,000
