Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Junior Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating commercial real estate and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution of construction, telecom, and IT deployment activities while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Junior Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate Job Responsibilities include:
Coordinate commercial real estate projects, including construction activities, IT infrastructure deployments, telecom readiness, and facility-related initiatives.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, status reports, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery within scope and timelines.
Manage vendor, contractor, and stakeholder communications while tracking project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Support telecom closet (MDF/IDF) buildouts, structured cabling projects, and network readiness activities across multiple locations.
Monitor project progress using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps, providing regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, coordinate meetings, and ensure project objectives are achieved through effective planning, risk management, and execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in Project Management, Commercial Real Estate project coordination, construction projects, or infrastructure deployment initiatives.
Proven experience managing commercial real estate projects, including construction coordination, telecom closet (MDF/IDF) buildouts, structured cabling, network readiness, and vendor management activities.
Strong expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communications, and project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps, with experience working in Agile environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
