We are seeking recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet, operating from the Jersey City, NJ area. This opportunity offers paid training, mentorship, and a structured path to build a long-term driving career.

Position details
- Predictable regional routes centered on the Eastern region, with operations serving Jersey City and surrounding areas
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic trucks
- Trucks fully assigned to each driver; no slip seating
- 24/7 dispatch support
- Flexible home time options, including weekly or every-other-week schedules
Training program
- Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Work with an experienced mentor, focus on safety, and gain on-road experience to build confidence
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
- Available to start as soon as possible
