Responsibilities
Support and manage family law matters under partner supervision
Advise clients on case status, next steps, and strategy with partner guidance
Draft, review, and refine pleadings, motions, and discovery

Work closely with paralegals and support staff to keep matters progressing
Maintain strong client communication and high service standards

Requirements
Required:
Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
3 to 5 years of family law experience
Some litigation exposure including hearings or motion practice
Ability to manage assigned matters with guidance and grow toward independence
Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills
Organized, dependable, and professionally grounded
Preferred:
Exposure to complex or high-conflict family law matters
Interest in mediation and settlement strategy
