Jr Project Analyst

Junior Project Analyst needs 1 to 5 years of experience working in a technical IT environment.

Junior Project Analyst requires:

• Entry to mid level knowledge of a network technology discipline e.g. IP Routing and Switching, Routing Protocols, WAN, Firewall, Packet Analysis, IP Telephony, Infrastructure, Capacity Planning, IT Tools and other relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
• Knowledge of incident and change management principles and best practices
• monitoring of incident queues to ensure SLA delivery
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a technical IT environment.

• Junior Project Analyst duties:

  Provides project coordination on Low to medium complexity network support activities Completes network Administration tasks and analyzes process for improvement Participates in the network project planning processWorks as a member of a project team on business projects.
