Join Our Care Team – CNA/Caregiver

Nurturing Nurses Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to join our team in the South Charlotte area. With a growing number of clients in this area, we're looking for someone local who is ready to provide consistent, one-on-one care and build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
• Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Offer companionship while preserving each client's dignity and independence

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• A CNA or experienced caregiver
• Located in or able to reliably travel throughout the South Charlotte area
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable caring for individuals with a variety of needs
• Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• Has reliable transportation and excellent attendance; dependability is essential for this position
• Flexible and willing to work with different clients as needs arise
• Professional, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others and building meaningful client relationships
