DUTIES:Assist in developing and implementing supported employment and support service activitiesAnalyze job and environmental needsMust engage in task analysis and development of behavior management plansCarry out specific skill training plans for participants as instructedWhile in the community, assist participants with their mobility and communication needsIdentify participant needs and address them as appropriateMaintain detailed records of service provided and preparation of reportsParticipate in regular staff meetings and maintain constant communication with supervisorsOther duties as assigned. Driving: Must maintain a CA driver's license and be insured to drive in California.

One to two years of experience in the Human Services field is preferred.Driving: Must maintain a CA driver's license and be insured to drive in California.
