Java Software Developer - Fully Cleared

The annual base salary range for this role is $168,000-$288,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Required Skills

• Core Programming: Solid experience in software development with foundational languages, specifically Java and JavaScript.
• Environment: Proven experience developing and operating within a Linux environment.
• Full-Stack Exposure: Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Web Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Client-Side, and Server-Side Development.
• Engineering Tools: Practical experience with version control and database querying using Git and SQL.
• Integration & Architecture: Experience or familiarity with API Development, Integration processes, and UI/UX concepts.
• Modern Frameworks: Exposure to or experience with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as Angular, React.js, or Vue.js.
• Cloud & Ecosystems: Familiarity with AWS tools, Python, and Microsoft C# to support diverse system architectures.

Education: 

Mid-Level: 7+ years of experience with a technical degree, 11+ years of experience without a technical degree.

Senior Level: 14+ years of experience with a technical degree, 18+ years of experience without a technical degree.

Principal Level: 20+ years of experience with a technical degree, 24+ years of experience without a technical degree. 

Desired Skills

• Database & Frameworks: Experience with MongoDB, Spring, and OSGi.
• Scripting & Web Servers: Familiarity with Perl, Lua, and configuring/managing NGINX.
• Workflow Optimization: Experience working with automation or workflow acceleration frameworks like Empower.
