Requirements:
- We are seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in modern Java development, microservices, cloud-native applications, and front-end technologies.
- The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while actively contributing to design, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 21+ preferred).
- Strong expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Angular (v19+) and RxJS.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native application development.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and message queue technologies.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Advanced SQL skills including query optimization, joins, stored procedures, and database design.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
- Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience in enterprise-scale financial services applications.
