Expert-level proficiency in Java and full-stack development.
Strong experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Must be able to work onsite in New Jersey 5 days a week.

Candidates must be available for:
Internal technical screening
In-person client interview
Candidates should be technically strong and capable of clearing multiple technical evaluation rounds.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an expert Java full-stack developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across both backend Java development and modern frontend technologies.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a client-facing environment and participating in multiple technical interview rounds, including an internal technical screening and an in-person client interview.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies.
Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
Participate in application architecture, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and client teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions.
Work onsite with the client 5 days per week.
