" Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment
" Hands on Java , Spring Boot ,Microservices,Kafka Kubernetes experiences .
" Experience in development leveraging Github copilot and Claude Code.
" Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
" Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
" Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality and actively learns new skills.
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
" BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
" 12+ years of software development experience
" Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices ,Kafka, Kubernetes,Spring Security.
" Very Strong in Kafka .
" Self Learner , Take ownership of the deliverables without micro management.
" Proficiency in using claude code and Github Copilot for Development.
" Good Experience in SQL, Oracle DB, Performance Tuning .
" Build and deployment tools like Jenkins
" Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.
" Strong Analytical skills and problem-solving
" Being a self-starter, quick learner, detail oriented.
Preferrable Skills:
Banking Domain Knowledge
Knowledge in Banking ISO /Swift Standards
