The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven, proactive, and
results-oriented Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to join our
remote team. With a heightened focus on business development and revenue
generation, this role is crucial for securing new client partnerships in an
evolving economic landscape.
You will be on the front lines, proactively conducting
outreach, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.
This is a full-time, remote position with a strict set
schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in your local time zone).
What Success Looks Like
Daily Activity Expectations:
outbound cold calls
personalized cold email campaigns
Minimum 6 quality client connects per week
or exceed monthly sales quota

Primary Responsibilities
New Business Development (Primary Focus):
high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new
client accounts
inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
target markets and identify decision-makers at prospective companies
and maintain a robust sales pipeline in our CRM system
appointments and demos for senior sales team
and close deals when appropriate
all activities and maintain accurate CRM records
Light Recruiting Support (Secondary):
candidate sourcing for high-priority positions
resume screening when needed to support team during peak times
Required Qualifications
in Japanese and English (both written and verbal)
making 30+ cold calls daily without hesitation
phone presence and persuasive communication skills
work style-you manage your own time and priorities
energy, competitive nature, and quota-driven mindset
to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
home office setup with strong internet connection
ability to adhere to a strict remote work schedule and maintain
high activity levels
degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
track record in sales, business development, or lead generation
in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales
with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
What We're NOT Looking For
This role requires someone who can operate with autonomy and
speed. If you need frequent check-ins, or lean toward research over action,
this may not be the right fit.
