    We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to help manage itinerary information, scheduling, reservations, and planning updates in a remote environment.

    As an Itinerary Operations Specialist, you'll help keep client plans accurate, organized, and moving forward by coordinating important details across accommodations, transportation, activities, confirmations, and timing.

    Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

    What You'll Be Responsible For

    • Organize and maintain itinerary details
    • Track reservation and confirmation information
    • Coordinate schedules, dates, and timing
    • Update plans when details change
    • Research options based on client needs
    • Help organize accommodations, transportation, and activities
    • Follow up on pending items or missing information
    • Maintain accurate client and planning records
    • Review details for accuracy before finalizing plans

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong organization and attention to detail
    • Reliable follow-through
    • Clear written communication
    • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
    • Comfort working independently
    • Familiarity with email and online systems
    • Comfortable researching information
    • Adaptability when schedules or plans change

    Experience in operations, scheduling, reservations, hospitality, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
