IT Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Solution Architect for a contract-to-hire opportunity to lead technology strategy, design scalable enterprise solutions, and drive complex system integrations. This role will collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to ensure technology initiatives align with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth.

Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable technology solutions and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
• Evaluate technology vendors, emerging tools, and integration solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance practices, and security best practices.
• Oversee technical solutions, manage architectural risks, and ensure projects meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, with a focus on solution architecture and design.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, databases, and security.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TOGAF certification
• AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
• BRMP or PMP certification

Compensation:

The hourly range for this position is from $70 to $80, depending on experience.
