Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Deputy Director and Division Administrators on data requests and administrative tasks.
• Analyze existing policies and systems to recommend improvements.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure system accuracy.
• Interact with professionals from peer to Director level, providing feedback on business requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
• Mentor and lead junior staff members.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience with SAP SCEIS functions and processes.
• 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 6 years of experience with MS Excel and SharePoint.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and establishing performance metrics.

Preferences

• Experience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Programs.
