Introduction

The Project Manager will support a critical data-processing application responsible for managing large-scale, complex, and high-volume data that supports global markets operations and regulatory reporting obligations. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into clear requirements and successfully delivered through technology solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Java, Python, and Agile Scrum Master experience.
• Strong project and technical management experience, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Proven experience managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather, document, analyze, and translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable technology solutions.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms, data processing systems, or regulatory reporting environments supporting critical business functions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery, business analysis, or technical initiatives within a financial services or technology environment.
• Familiarity with data platforms, regulatory reporting processes, and enterprise application delivery frameworks.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies, including backlog management, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing requirements, developing business and functional documentation, identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Communicating project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Managing cross-functional teams, coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, and driving accountability for delivery outcomes.
