    Description

    Hansen Talent Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead multiple technology initiatives supporting business operations. This is a hybrid position in Columbia, SC, requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday.

    The IT Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects throughout the full project lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to established standards.

    Duties:

    • Lead multiple IT projects from initial planning through implementation and business acceptance.

    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk plans, status reports, and supporting project documentation.

    • Coordinate project resources, assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.

    • Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to scope.

    • Schedule and lead project meetings with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management.

    • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

    • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Monitor project milestones and adjust plans as necessary to address changing priorities and requirements.

    • Ensure required project documentation is maintained according to established project management and audit standards.

    • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines, resources, scope, or deliverables.

    Qualifications:

    • IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams + throughout the full project lifecycle.

    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and documentation.

    • Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project resources.

    • Strong project planning, risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project status to multiple levels of stakeholders.

    • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

    • PMP certification is a plus, but not required.

    • Experience supporting Medicare or healthcare-related technology initiatives is a plus.
