IT Project Manager – Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of technology projects from start to finish.
  • Align IT projects and practices with business requirements.
  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resource needs.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning through implementation.
  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and project meetings.
  • Work with technical and product teams to break complex projects into actionable plans.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Track project status, progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Develop and drive risk mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business teams, and stakeholders.
  • Use negotiation and facilitation skills to resolve project challenges.
  • Provide clear visibility into project progress to stakeholders.
  • Apply strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and relevant IT project management experience.
  • Typically requires 5–10 years of experience in IT/project management.
