IT Program Manager - Hybrid - Charlotte, NC - Contract - $44.90-$64.14 Per HR

This role involves coordinating model documentation and validation within a technology organization. The position is based in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of three onsite days per week. The contract role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with governance standards and involves using generic data analysis technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage documentation readiness and perform quality reviews.
• Coordinate validation preparation and evidence collection.
• Identify and address gaps in documentation and governance artifacts.
• Drive remediation of validation findings and documentation deficiencies.
• Ensure audit and regulatory readiness of model submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in model development, validation, or governance.
• Proficiency in coordinating complex deliverables across teams.
• Strong understanding of model validation principles and regulatory expectations.
• Experience working in Agile environments with multiple initiatives.
