Title: IT Program Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Position Type: Contract (W2 Only)
Compensation
Pay Range: $65.00-$70.00 Per HR
Description:
• We are seeking an experienced professional to lead technology delivery initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
• This contract position requires management of application development projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• The successful candidate will work with various technology platforms and ensure seamless program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technology delivery programs focusing on application development.
• Act as Program Manager and Release Train Engineer (RTE) as needed.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including SDLC and change management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing executive-level updates.
• Collaborate with teams utilizing various technology platforms.
Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Strong background in technology delivery and SDLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum; RTE experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage change and drive complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level updates.
