We are seeking experienced IT Program Managers (2nd-level) to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives. These roles require expertise in program delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage large-scale programs within utility, asset management, or application domains.
This is a hybrid role (4 days in office / 1 remote).
Lead end-to-end implementation of customer-facing applications.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless application rollout.
Manage requirements, testing, integration, and post-implementation support.
Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across customer systems.
Oversee programs focused on asset lifecycle management systems.
Partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align asset data with enterprise systems.
Implement program governance to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in asset utilization.
Drive enhancements to enterprise asset management (EAM) systems such as Maximo, SAP, or similar.
Manage a portfolio of IT projects, providing executive-level dashboards and portfolio analytics.
Develop and maintain reports and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for senior leadership.
Track project health, risks, and dependencies across a portfolio of initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
