What you ll do:
" Serve as the primary contact for product and IT partners to ensure that resource demand is well documented along with cross domain dependencies as known, understanding program roadmaps and prioritization.
" Actively manage BCAT PI readiness backlog; bridging intake and triage with time commitments and readiness to ensure continued cadence and focus, in alignment with workforce forecasting and planning.
" Actively manage logistics of internal release board, ensuring a focus on outstanding product deliverables, carryover commitments and identifying associate/client impactful releases and internal communication needs.
" Actively manage BCAT intake backlog ensuring timely assignment and understanding of the time commitments requested and key drivers. Assist in tactical prioritization in partnership with Product and Tech PLs.
" From time to time, may be required to coordinate cadence and follow up on cross-team, large program time-sensitive defects, and team-specific warranty issues as applicable, with focus on key project showstoppers, helping to assess priority and understanding of client or associate impact.
" Responsible for department focused roll up reporting and communication on key metrics pertaining to pipeline and priority items.
" Tracking production release of all committed work across PIs
" Maintenance of Product Catalog documentation
" Assist in PDLC domain rollout
" Assembly of opportunities and focus items for tactical improvements.
" Provide thought-leadership on demand needs and insight on process improvement
" Facilitate and drive issues resolution and retrospectives between stakeholders
" Understand both business and technical dependencies between business areas and within systems that support or may be impacted by middle office functionality; upstream as well as downstream
" Develop As Is knowledge of platform systems and To Be system solutions and flows
" Assist CAT in handling complex, high-profile projects (across multiple domains, systems and stakeholders)
" Adapt to changing priorities and managing of multiple tasks

" Ability to analyze and communicate technology recommendations to business stakeholders
" 5-to-10 years experience managing requirements for multiple large, complex and cross functional projects. Emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments
" 7-10 years experience in software development methodology (Agile Framework), preferred
" Proven ability to write business requirements, including user stories, use case development and workflow documentation
" High attention to detail and the ability to see things through from concept to implementation
" Securities Industry/Operational background preferred, a focus on account open solutions
" Prior working knowledge of JIRA or any related Scrum tools preferred
" Competence in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
" Bachelor s degree or equivalent business experience
