What You'll Do:
The IT Operations Specialist will own day-to-day IT Access Control, serve as an escalation point for complex issues, and help mature IT Identity and Access Management practices across the organization. This role blends hands-on technical execution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a healthcare environment. This role is critical to ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology experiences for both employees and clinicians, directly enabling high-quality patient care.
Essential Functions
Systems Ownership & Administration
Entra ID Administration
Manage Entra ID tenants, users, groups, licenses, and directory integrations.
Access Management & Governance
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), manage identity lifecycles (joiners, movers, leavers), and perform access reviews/audits.
Security & Authentication
Configure and maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Conditional Access policies, MFA, and SAML/OIDC SSO integrations for SaaS applications.
Messaging Applications (Teams, Slack, Zoom)
Administer workspace settings, user access, channels, and integrations
Support secure and compliant access and application delivery practices across the organization
Business Applications
Configure and support Access Management for applications procured by business to optimize, automate, and improve efficiency for onboarding and offboarding
Ongoing management of administrative access controls to support application security, prevent data exfiltration, and maintain automated security and application patching
