We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead our infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology operations. This role combines technical leadership with strategic planning and requires someone who can effectively communicate with both executive leadership and technical teams.

• Manage and support network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, and business-critical systems.

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, and related technologies.

• Develop and maintain the organization's IT roadmap and technology strategy.

• Lead cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and disaster recovery initiatives.

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and cloud technologies.
